80's Navy and White Sailor Dress

Sinched to the GODS this gives me Christina Hendrix of madmen vibes! This will look amazing on anyone but particularly good on an hourglass figure! It has more room for a bigger bust and has stretch to hug the little waist and bigger butts. 

The bib is removable, and shoulder pads are loosely sewn in and could be removed. All buttons functional.
